The CAD designed front mud guard brackets that incorporate the PTG tyre inflation system has been fitted .
The laser cut steel components are fabricated and painted in high gloss two pack paint to match the MAN 13.290 chassis.
PTG tyre inflation systems are fitted to most of the quality expedition vehicle manufactures in Europe as well as military vehicles.
The system allows the operator to increase and decrease tyre pressures simultaneously in a minute or two. The air is supplied from the MAN air brake system via a specific fitting
supplied either MAN or PTG.

Wildplanet Off Road Expedition Vehicles engineers seen here trial fitting a custom manufactured steel “ ROO “ bar.
The “ ROO “ bar has been CAD designed to allow the bar to be tilted forwarded while the vehicle is being serviced.
The original MAN front bumper bar has been maintained in the design.
The final product will be practical and aesthetically pleasing.
